By accessing or using the Acc-Ready platform ("Service"), operated by Shamseya for Innovative Community Healthcare Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Acc-Ready is a healthcare accreditation readiness platform that helps healthcare facilities prepare for GAHAR (General Authority for Healthcare Accreditation and Regulation) accreditation. The Service provides self-assessment tools, action plan generation, compliance tracking, resource libraries, and expert guidance to support the accreditation journey.
Acc-Ready is not a substitute for official GAHAR accreditation. Our platform helps you prepare, but the actual accreditation decision is made solely by GAHAR.
To use Acc-Ready, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All data entered into Acc-Ready — including facility information, assessment responses, evidence uploads, and action plans — remains your property. We implement strict data isolation through Row-Level Security (RLS) policies, ensuring that each facility's data is accessible only to authorized team members.
Acc-Ready offers various subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are quoted in the currency displayed at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
You agree not to:
The Acc-Ready platform, including its design, software, content, and branding, is the intellectual property of Shamseya for Innovative Community Healthcare Solutions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription period.
GAHAR standards referenced within the platform are the property of the General Authority for Healthcare Accreditation and Regulation. Our guidance content is developed independently by Shamseya's team of healthcare quality experts.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for accuracy in our accreditation guidance, we make no warranties or guarantees that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shamseya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of accreditation, data loss, or business interruption.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
